We wanted to send out friendly reminders:

  1.  Deadline for Annual HOA Meeting Votes is Tuesday, December 1st at 5 p.m.
  2.  The monthly HOA meeting is Tuesday, December 1st at 5 p.m.  Covid-19 restrictions limit indoor capacity to ten (10).
  3.  Annual HOA Meeting –  Saturday, December 5th at 10 a.m.  –  Follow zoom instructions from the packet to participate.
  4. Questions submitted prior to the annual meeting via mimosabayhoa@gmail.com will be the first questions addressed during the meeting.
