The community gym will be open with the following restrictions beginning Monday, September 7. Resident key cards will be activated for this amenity as of this date. The gym will be closed for a period of time on 9 September for quarterly maintenance.

1. Maximum capacity of 7 people in the gym at any given time. If you arrive and the gym is at capacity, please leave the gym and return at a later time. Please be considerate and limit the time on each piece of equipment to 20 minutes and time within the gym to 45 minutes when the gym is at capacity to increase accessibility for all residents.
2.  This limit will be self monitored.
3. Wear a mask unless engaging in strenuous activity.
4. Maintain 6 feet social distancing at all times.
5. Wash and sanitize hands regularly.
6. Clean all surface areas of equipment after use with provided disinfectant wipes. We also recommend the extra precaution of wiping down equipment prior to use.
7. Dispose of all trash and disinfectant wipes in the provided trash cans.
8. No guest allowed due to limited capacity.
9. The government mandate requirements are in addition to the community rules for the gym. These rules are posted in the gym and includes no one under 14 allowed in the gym.
10. Entering the gym implies understanding of and agreement to comply with the current state mandates and regular community rules for the gym.
11. Ensuring safety for self and others, complying with all mandates and protecting our shared assets is everyone’s responsibility. Please self monitor compliance and respectfully encourage fellow residents to comply with the mandates and posted gym rules. The ability to have this amenity open depends on compliance with the current restrictions.
