Allen Wells: Allen Wells has worked in the construction business since graduating from North Carolina State University in 1989. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering specializing in construction, he has over twenty years of experience in construction, custom home building, and volume production building. Allen has earned his Unlimited Building Classification in both North and South Carolina. He has held positions in product management, estimating and purchasing home sales, land acquisition and development management of operations, east coast regional construction management, and Vice President of Operations in his 20 years of service in the homebuilding industry.
Craig Smith: A native of Eastern North Carolina, Craig received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from East Carolina University. This gave Craig the education to combine his strong passion for building and his keen interest in finance and economics. His participation in the Land Acquisition and Development Competition Teams provided a head start in understanding the in’s and out's of the homebuilding industry. While employed for over ten years with one of the largest national homebuilders, Craig gained actual experience in all phases of homebuilding including construction, estimating purchasing, land development and finance. Additional experience with a custom builder in Charleston South Carolina and the acquisition of SC Residential Builders License led Craig to establish his own company. Brood Street Homes. Also as a South Carolina Licensed Realtor, Craig has added yet another dimension to his portfolio which helps him meet and understand the demands of today's changing market.
