Our present temporary boat parking permit October 2020 – April 30, 2021 will be expiring soon; however, the HOA board of directors has approved a new Temporary Boat Parking Permit starting May 1 – October 31, 2021.

If you wish to park your boat in your driveway beginning May 1 – October 31st, you must submit the attached form to mimosabayhoa@gmail.com or your Cams homeowner account for approval.  Once approved, the form will be documented in the Cams account.

TEMPORARY PARKING PERMIT 2021 May 1-October 31

The pool will open May 8th with the hours of 6am-10pm based on the current NC state directives. At this point, there will be no attendant. Furniture will return to the pool deck with 6 foot spacing for social distancing; unless all patrons are a family unit from the same household. The pool deck will be marked so chairs and lounges will be maintained at proper distances. The BOD has decided to add an additional cleaning for the bathrooms; bringing the weekly total to two.
