Finally good news…. both gates are now working….
Mimosa Drive gate, JOEMC found a bad connection in the transformer due to the storm and breaker needed to be replaced.
Phase 5: Due to the storm there was a surge that hit the circuit board in the key pad and the memory chip needed to be replaced.
I would like to send out a reminder to please slow down in entering and exiting the gates. We had several complaints from JOEMC and the electrician that many vehicles were flying through the gate while they were repairing.
